Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace .

Please note: Damage to packaging alone is not covered by our return or replacement policy.
Package marked as delivered, but received nothing?
If the Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything:

Check if it has been delivered to your neighbors.

Please contact the delivery service.

Can't find the package? Please provide official proof of claim from the carrier within 5 days .
Changes or cancellations
Do you want to change or cancel your order (change of address, product selection, quantity)?

Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering.

After that, your order may already have been processed and no further adjustments can be made.
