8. Shipping Process, Delivery & Transfer of Risk
8.1 Shipping – Every order is carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number via a recognized carrier such as DHL or PostNL. Tracking information will be sent by email.
8.2 Delivery – An order is considered delivered once the carrier registers it as delivered to the address, collection point, or parcel locker you specified. This registration serves as binding proof of delivery.
8.3 Transfer of Risk – From the moment the carrier confirms delivery, the risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the customer. This also applies to deliveries to lockers and collection points.
8.4 Damage or loss after confirmed delivery – If you report a package as missing or damaged after confirmed delivery , we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. The customer must fully cooperate (e.g., by providing statements or photos). A replacement or refund is only possible if the carrier confirms in writing that the package was lost or damaged.
8.5 Customer Responsibility – The customer is responsible for providing a correct address and ensuring timely pickup at a collection point. Any costs or damages resulting from incorrect information or late pickup will be borne by the customer.

9.1 All content on the website—including logos, product names, photos, text, and designs—is the property of ALSAINE and may not be used without written permission.
9.2 Alcantara® is a registered trademark. ALSAINE uses this material exclusively through recognized and authorized suppliers.
