Your ALSAINE bag or accessory is carefully crafted from Alcantara® —a material beloved for its precision, durability, and understated luxury. With proper care, our products will remain beautiful for years to come, whether you use them daily or keep them for special moments.

Daily maintenance

Simplicity is the basis of good care.
Remove dust by lightly brushing the product or wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
If necessary, you can use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush head to gently remove surface particles.

Weekly care

Clean the product weekly with a slightly damp white cotton cloth — only with water, well wrung out.
Do not use colored cloths or paper to prevent color bleeding.
Always allow Alcantara® to dry naturally , away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight to prevent discoloration.

Deep cleansing — careful and gentle

For a more thorough refresh, use only clean water and a soft sponge.
Wring out the sponge well, gently wipe the surface and allow the product to dry completely.
Is it dry? Then you can restore the characteristic soft texture with a fine brush .

Stain removal — with patience and precision

Treat stains preferably within 30 minutes .
Pat gently from the outside in — never rub.
For this purpose, use a clean white cloth or a slightly damp sponge.
For greasy or stubborn stains, you may use a small amount of ethanol (ethyl alcohol) , followed by water.
Avoid harsh cleaning agents, bleach, chlorine or solvents.
Stubborn stain? Repeat the process slowly. Careful treatment sometimes takes time.
