Returns Policy
At ALSAINE you have the right to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date.
To do this, please send an email to contact@alsaine.com with your order number and (optionally) the reason for return — this helps us improve our products.
Return Policy

The product must be unused and undamaged .

The product should be returned in its original packaging , if possible .

The original ALSAINE label or tag must still be attached to the product.

If the label has been removed or cut off, the return will not be accepted .

Personalized products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered .

Returns must be registered within 14 days of delivery .

During the holidays there is an extended return period:

Products purchased between November 15 and December 24 can be returned until January 14 , provided all other conditions are met.

Returns must be new , complete and in original condition .

Always include your order number with your return shipment.

We do not provide return labels for returns or exchanges.

You are responsible for the safe arrival of your return shipment.

We therefore recommend a shipping method with track & trace .

Returns not received cannot be refunded or replaced.

If (part of) your order is returned and this invalidates a previously granted discount or offer , the amount to be refunded will be adjusted to the original price .
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 days .
