8. Shipping, Delivery & Transfer of Risk

8.1 Shipping Process – Each order is carefully packed and shipped with a unique tracking number via a recognized carrier (e.g., DHL or PostNL). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
8.2 Delivery – An order is deemed delivered once the carrier records it as delivered to the address, pick-up point, or parcel locker you provided. The carrier’s delivery record serves as binding proof of delivery.
8.3 Transfer of Risk – Once the carrier confirms delivery, the risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the customer, even if the package is left at a locker or pick-up point.
8.4 Loss or Damage After Confirmed Delivery – If a package is reported missing or damaged after confirmed delivery, we will open an investigation with the carrier. The customer must fully cooperate (e.g., provide statements or photos). We can only issue a refund or replacement if the carrier provides written confirmation of loss or damage.
8.5 Customer Responsibility – The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for timely collection at a pick-up point or locker. Costs or damage from incorrect information or late collection are the customer’s responsibility.

9.1 All content—including logos, product names, photos, and text—is the property of ALSAINE and may not be used or copied without permission.
9.2 Alcantara® is a registered trademark. ALSAINE uses this material only through authorized suppliers.
