At ALSAINE, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return, as this helps us improve our products.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and if possible, returned in its original packaging.
  
• The original ALSAINE tag or label must still be attached to the product. If the label has been removed or cut, the return will not be accepted.
• Personalized items cannot be returned.
• The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  

Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 days.
